I still remember that when I was around 4-5 years old. Whenever I had an evening walk with my dad, I would ask for a "flag". My dad would bring the "flag" back to the house. My mom would throw it away the next day calling the "flag" rubbish. The "flag" just turn out to be a type of "lalang" that looks a bit like bamboo. This memory is very meaningful to me although it's just a tiny matter in my life.
